There is a minimum US shipping charge of $7.95 (includes Insurance). US orders over $225 qualify for free shipping.

International shipping, including Canada, is available for clothing and jewelry items only, unless otherwise noted within the item description. Minimum shipping is $12.00. Our checkout does NOT accomodate International or Canadian shipping charges. After you check out, we will send you a paypal invoice for the balance of postage due.

Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Your order may arrive in two or more packages.

Please note that those items which are hand made for you, by the artist, at the time of the order, will require a longer shipping time. In order to help expedite shipping times, some items are sent straight to you from the artist or manufacturer.

Return Policy:

We will gladly accept returns of merchandise for store credit or exchange if you notfiy us within 7 days of receipt. All packaging or tags must be attached or intact. There is a 25 percent restocking fee for returned formal dresses. We cannot accept returns for customized formal dresses. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Due to their intimate nature, returns are not accepted on ANY lingerie item.
